This is a flea market! How could a garbage collector separate what is trash from what isn't, especially while the market was still "active". Does the city have some sort of loitering law that applies to inanimate objects?<br /><br />Arc Significance: Switchbeast says he works for a different master. Ten bucks says its Dekker.
