I am surprised people want him back, since people considered Justin annoying. Well, they don't want them as Blue Turbo Ranger but as a new Ranger all together.

    Well there's a bit of a difference from Blake Foster now than when he was on Turbo. At the time, Justin was a kid, which is what made him annoying. If he was brought back now as an adult, it might be ok.
