I haven't seen any of the recent series from the 2000's, except maybe a couple of clips here and there.
ReplyDeleteOf the 90's series, I've seen Jetman, Zyuranger and Dairanger in their entirety, as well as a couple of episodes from Fiveman and Kakuranger. Dairanger is my personal favorite, with Jetman a close second. Zyuranger is okay (Daizyuzin was a pretty badass mecha), but its obvious that its popularity is based mostly on the fact that it was the first show adapted into Power Rangers.
Of the 80's series, I've seen Maskman and Liveman and I'm almost finishing Changeman. It makes sense that Maskman is the most watched of the 80's shows, seeing how its the only one with a full English fansub, but I thought it was one of the weaker series I've seen, despite the cool costumes and mecha designs. Liveman was awesome and Changeman is pretty good as well.
Other than that, I've seen at least one episode of Goranger, JAKQ, Battle Fever J, Goggle V, Bioman and Turboranger.
