Kean, I think it's great that they are using the Disney seasons because it means they are including everything, I mean since they are sowing all 700 episodes on NickToons. Also, Bandai can continue repackaging their toys.
Mark, I don't think it will lead to an entire theme park, most likely it will be like Disney world where they will appear either at Universal Studios (that has connections with Nick) or the hotels that have that Nick stuff.
