In both Zyuranger and MMPR Season 1, Bandora/Rita would throw her wand to Earth and it would make the Earth crack and a mist that would come from it would make the monster grow.
In Dairanger (1993), the Gorma would use Enlarging Bombs. The Gorma foe would have one and take off the top and an explosion would make them grow. Same deal with Lord Zedd in season 2 of MMPR (1994-1995), he would throw the bomb from the moon, it would land on Earth, where the monster would do the same routine.
In MMPR Season 3 (including the Alien Ranger mini-series) of 1995-1996, Rita and Zedd would make their monsters grow with the combined energy of their staff and wand. In Kakuranger (1994), lightning would make the Youkai grow, I couldn't find a picture.

In both Ohranger (1995)/Zeo (1996), Kocha/Orbius would make the machine foes grow with a laser from its mouth.
In Carranger (1996), the Gorotsuki would grow thanks to the Imo-Youkan. It is a yellow cube-shaped food made from jellied sweet potatoes. If it is not from this certain store, the Gorotsuki will shrink. In Turbo (1997), Divatox sent the Torpedoes from her subcraft, couldn't find a picture.
In Megaranger (1997), Bibidebi would bite the Nejire Beasts to make them big, effecting their DNA. In PRiS (1998), Astronema would command the Satellasers of the Dark Fortress to enlarge their monsters. Couldn't find a pic.
Top Left to Right: Iriesu Battobasu; Bottom Left to Right: Budou Sanbasshu
In Gingaman (1998), depending which General the monster came from, they would drink from a different canister to grow. In Lost Galaxy (1999), they really didn't keep track. Some drank from these bottles, others just seemed to magically grow on their own.
In GoGoV (1999)/Lightspeed (2000), Pierre/Jinxer would throw the cards to the right side to make the demon grow or revive/grow. Bats would surround the demon.
In both Timeranger (2000) and Time Force (2001), this seal would be pealed off the foe and it would make them grow. In was explained that because the criminal was shrunk, the seal keeps them from becoming giant, it was a side-effect from shrinking them.
In Gaoranger (2001) and Wild Force (2002), Tsuetsue/Toxica would enlarge the Orgs with her wand and seeds, then what appeared to be green vines wrapped around to form the giant.
In Hurricanger (2002), there were four ways. For Sargain's robot corp, Wendinu would send through her PDA down a rocket that became the Copy Giant that would copy the look of the robot monster. For Chuzubo's aliens, Wendinu would send down the scroll with a bazooka and the scroll would magically pick up the pieces to make the monster big. For Satorkura's, Wendinu would fling downwards a big mask that was like a boomerang to enlarge the foe. And fourth, Saandaru would use his fan to enlarge his beasts. In Ninja Storm (2003), it was a combo of the first two for all monsters. Kapri would use the PDA to call for the scroll to enlarge the pieces.
In Abaranger (2003), the Life Berry of the Torinoids (it acts a heart) and when destroyed the berry lifts up into the air and they are resurrected as a giant. The Giganoids are already giant to begin with. In Dino Thunder (2004), Mesogog uses the Hydro-Regenerator to make the monster grow.
In both Dekaranger (2004) and SPD (2005), the aliens used robots, some did grow but no specific way.
In both Magiranger (2005) and Mystic Force (2006), the monsters were grown by Wolzard/Koragg's magic symbol.

In Boukenger (2006), Gekkou made the Tsukumogami into a giant version called a Oogami using his Sutra. In PROO, Kamdor used the Sutra to make monsters grow. Other monsters would just magically grow. As seen in Task 16, Ryuuwon can make a Wicked Dragon grow by firing a special dart from his gun. The Ashu/Fearcats would use robots.
In Gekiranger (2007) and Jungle Fury (2008), the bad guys would grow with their own animal energy Ki.
In Go-Onger (2008), the Gairac used the Bikkurium energy inside the Bankijyu to become big. The same footage was used in RPM (2009) but Venjix would say, "Prepare to Download."
In Shinkenger (2009) and Samurai (2011-2012), the monsters grow on their own.
In Goseiger (2010) and Megaforce (2013), the monsters grow with Zombats.
In Gokaiger (2011) and Super Megaforce (2014), Levira uses a beam to make the monsters grow.
In Kyoryuger (2013), the monsters are made big with water from a pumpkin pot that "Curio" uses but in Dino Charge (2015), Sledge or a Vivik makes them big with a beam from his ship.

I like to think that the enlarging technologies are related somehow, like how different teams all tap to the same morphin grid through different means the monsters all grow by tapping to the same thing but through different means.
