Movie Kamen Riders

There is quite a lot of Movie Riders, specifically Riders that were first introduced in a movie. Around 30 to be specific!

Kamen Rider Shin and Kamen Rider ZO
Kamen Rider Shin starred in his own firect to video movie Shin: Kamen Rider Prologue (1992). He is the second Kamen Rider to mutate into his other form instead of transform (the first was Amazon), as well as the first whose transformation affect his outfit. The plot was Shin Kazamatsuri participates in an experiment and mutates into Kamen Rider Shin and must uncover and stop a twisted plan to mass produce a horrible new species. He later appeared in All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker in 2009.

Kamen Rider ZO and J
Kamen Rider ZO is a 1993 Japanese tokusatsu movie produced by Toei Company, part of their Kamen Rider Series. Kamen Rider ZO was the first joint production between Toei Company Limited and Bandai with directing it. Kamen Rider J the movie came out in 1994. ZOs plot was Due to an experiment by Doctor Mochizuki, Masaru Aso has become Kamen Rider ZO and now it is now up to him to save Mochizuki's son Hiroshi and stop the evil Neo Origanism, a project that has gone out of control and J's plot was An reporter who was killed by the Fog Mother's child Agito when they took Kana. He is revived as Kamen Rider J by the Earth Spirits to defend the planet from the Fog Mother and her children. They later appeared in All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker in 2009.

Kamen Rider G4
He appears in Kamen Rider Agito The Movie: Project G4 in 2001 and is part of Kamen Rider Diend's Complete Form.

Kamen Rider Femme
She first appeared in Kamen Rider Ryuki: Episode Final. I know technically the photo above is Siren in KRDK, but oh well. Well, I have already said all I could say about her, that she is the first female Kamen Rider and that in America, she appeared in more than one episode of Kamen Rider Dragon Knight as Kamen Rider Siren. Femme was also briefly conjured by Diend in Kamen Rider Decade.

Kamen Rider Ryuuga
Same thing with the last one, above is Onyx is from KRDK. He also appeared in Kamen Rider Ryuki: Episode Final, I have expressed how much I don't like his design since it is just a repaint of Ryuki. He later appeared in Kamen Rider Decade in the Negative World. He is part of Kamen Rider Diend Complete Form.

Kamen Rider Verde
He didn't technically appear in a movie, he appeared in the TV Special Kamen Rider Ryuki Special: 13 Riders. He briefly appeared in the Ryuki World in Kamen Rider Decade and was in three episodes of Kamen Rider Dragon Knight as Kamen Rider Camo.

Kamen Rider Psyga and Orga
In the alternative world of Kamen Rider 555: Paradise Lost, there were two riders. The Orga gear was given to Yuji Kiba after he had been fooled into thinking he had been betrayed by the humans. As for Psyga, it is not stated in the film which Orphnoch Leo is; in the non-canon S.I.C Hero Saga story, he is the Lion Orphnoch. They briefly appeared in Kamen Rider Decade. Orga is part of Kamen Rider Diend Complete Form.

Kamen Rider Lance, Kamen Rider Glaive, and Kamen Rider Larc
They first appeared in Kamen Rider Blade: The Misisng Ace, and they played a significant part in Kamen Rider Diend's story in Kamen Rider Decade. They were played by the same actors but Glaive's surname changed and he became Diend's brother. He is also part of Kamen Rider Diend Complete.

Kamen Rider Touki, Kamen Rider Habataki, Kamen Rider Kirameki, Kamen Rider Kabuki, and Kamen Rider Nishiki
These Oni first appeared in Kamen Rider Hibiki & The Seven Senki Movie. I'm not sure but I think only Kabuki appeared in Kamen Rider Decade. Kabuki also is part of Kamen Rider Diend Complete Form.

Kamen Rider Caucasus, Kamen Rider Hercus, and Kamen Rider Ketaros
In Kamen Rider Kabuto The Movie: God Speed Love, these three different riders appear. Some of them briefly appear in Kamen Rider Decade. Caucasus is part of Kamen Rider Diend Complete Form.

Kamen Rider Gaoh
Appears in Kamen Rider Den-O: I'm Born!, he is a king of bandits from the Warring States era and leads a troop of Imagin with which he plans on using to take over the DenLiner. On his journey, he also obtains Yukimura's help in unearthing the GaohLiner. Funny enough, he doesn't appear part of Kamen Rider Diend Complete Form, since he has almost every lead movie rider from all past Heisei Rider movies. Also, Den-O's Wing Form and Mini Den-O first appeared in this movie.

Kamen Rider Nega Den-O
He appears in Kamen Rider Den-O & Kiva: Climax Deka. Negataros and a select few Imagin are stray Imagin who evaded the fate of the other evil Imagin when Kai ceased to exist in the final episode. Negataros has to deal with both the DenLiner Police lead by Ryotaro Nogami, an inside man in the form of Yuto Sakurai, further worsened by the brief meddling of Wataru Kurenai.

Kamen Rider New Den-O
Kamen Rider New Den-O first appears in the 2008 film Saraba Kamen Rider Den-O: Final Countdown and he will be the main character of one of the Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider The Movie: Cho-Den-O Trilogy films.

Kamen Rider Yuuki
He has two forms: Skull and Hijack Form in Saraba Kamen Rider Den-O: Final Countdown.

Kamen Rider Silvra and Goldra
They appear in Cho Kamen Rider Den-O & Decade Neo Generations: The Onigashima Warship. They are two Oni Brothers part of the Oni Clan.

Kamen Rider Rey and Arc
They appear in the movies Kamen Rider Kiva The Movie: King of the Castle in the Demon World. Arc appears part of Kamen Rider Diend Complete Form.

Kamen Rider Kivara
Natsumi Hikari transforms into a Kamen Rider thanks to Kivara in Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Double & Decade: Movie War 2010.

Kamen Rider Skull
Skull first appears in the film Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Double & Decade: Movie War 2010 and then makes appearances in the Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider The Movie: Cho-Den-O Trilogy in the Episode Yellow film, a music video, and in Kamen Rider Double Forever: A to Z/The Gaia Memories of Fate. He is also part of Kamen Rider Diend Complete Form.

Kamen Rider G Den-O
The only new Kamen Rider that appears in the Cho-Den-O Trilogy films, specifically in Episode Yellow.

  1. Ryuuga isn't a complete color or Ryuki. His eyes aren't shaped as cutely.
