WTH. The Gold Ranger's color changes from blue and gold to black and gold? I already hate Mega Mode as it is but damn. I do hope that his acting is at least better than everyone else.

ReplyDeleteAntonio's intro made me laugh, which was important, and I could see a bit of Genta in him. I'm likin' this guy.
I like the look of the mega mode but I would had rather it had blue than gold, maybe a mix of blue and black.
ReplyDeleteI dont hate the whole idea of mega mode but what really annoys me is that we still havent been told why they need it or why they cant use it to fight. The Gold Ranger's mode does look pretty awesome tho
ReplyDeleteI think Mega Gold is meant to be a homage to Zeo Gold Ranger. But I do think he should've been blue and not black, like the normal Samurai Gold Ranger form. And his belt should've been silver and not gold, for the same reason.

ReplyDeleteI love how they changed blue to black in his suit. In fact, I never liked the ideo of blue and gold, it looks UGLY.
ReplyDeleteThe gold and black look good on its own, but its weird when it's meant to be a powerup for the gold and blue. I just saw the episode and I thought it was real good. I liked Antonio, even if he was a Genta clone. At least he'll match the Sentai footage better than Ronny matching the Boukenger footage. Still think Antonio came earlier than other sixth rangers, but he's very welcome to stay (which he's going to do anyway, so that's good :D).
ReplyDelete@Mr. Smith, I think the reason they went black + gold, especially with the armor plate of the mega mode, is a nod to the first Gold (Zeo) Ranger.

Also I know power ranger is suppose to teach kids some lesson like friendship, courage, teamwork etc..... then why can they not teach the kids that the gold's zord is a damn squid not an octopus. sorry being picky.
