Gokaiger Episode 21 Screen Captures



Gai asked for ninja but was disappointed when his teammates picked the Kakuranger, he wanted the Hurricanger in order to match, Joe responds something, I am guessing that it is 'it's all the same.'

    wonder if they'll repeat the ninja thing with Ahim wanting dinos and she uses Zyu but the rest do Aba.

    Gai must feel left out when the others turn into teams that don't have a sixth.

    Yeah I can't believe I actually feel for him, but I guess since I've been into this fandom for almost 20 years, I can somehow feel for him. And I hope so too for Ahim! I forsee Abaranger Red, Blue, Yellow, Green as Black, Silver as White and Pink as Pteraranger.

    But judging by the preview of the next episode, theya re making the same joke as Silver is Dragonranger and Blue is Abare and not Zyu, it seems that Gai will tell him 'triceratops' and Joe picks the wrong one.

    it'd also be funny if Gai asked for lion and he was thinking Gao but Marv does Ginga.

    this just shows how much the Gokaigers actually pay attention to the past teams since they did the same thing by turning into Turbo when it was supposed to be Car which also was funny for us PR fans.

    Sentai does re-do jokes but there is always a limit. Running jokes repeat the most, I hope it is a running joke that continues. But how many times can you do the same joke? Running jokes often get self-referenced in Sentai.

    Gotta love all those shiny helmets!

    The only episode of Gokaiger I actually watched was episode 3. I think it was homage to Momotaros because:
    1. The monster of the day looked like Negataros, who looked like Momotaros.
    2. It was all about swords.
    3. MagiRed had red in his hair.
