I had no idea about this. I accidentally stumbled on this when looking for pics of T-Rex Ranger.
If you notice above the seven flags: (Left to Right) Dino Thunder, SPD, Mystic Force, Time Force, Lightspeed, Wild Force and MMPR. And the color lights: Red, Blue, Pink and on the right side Yellow, Green, Red.
This was a commercial for a Power Rangers Mystic Force toy, that came with mask, gloves and a bunching bag. An unidentified actor was called the Rex Ranger (looking a bit like Rhino Ranger but this came out in 2006 before he existed). Video is below. Toy was from Spin Masters, not Bandai.
