It is rumored that the Gokaiger will become different combos of Kamen Rider OOO in an unspecified format, unknown if a movie or what. But in the below video, one of the keys of Mobirates says 'Kamen Rider OOO'. See it at the end of the video.

GokaiGreen- OOO Gatakiriba Combo

And one is to guess GokaiSilver might becomes Putotyrra if he is around.

Maybe the sound is just there because in the opening of Super Hero Time the voice of the mobirates screams "Kamen Rider OOO!"
Also, in the 199 list there is a ????? it could be GokaiSilver, Kamen Rider OOO, X-1 Mask, Ninjaman, Magne Senshi or an original character. I'm guessing GokaiSilver, but still.
