Here is another exhaustive list, now why do this? Because seeing how Saban Brands is having monsters of PRS in games and toys, I wonder how they choose which ones and which ones will be seen. As I covered which monsters of PRs are in merchandise, now I decided to cover all the monsters from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers that were merchandise. Let me know anything I missed. Magnet Brain

He appeared in the MMPR The Movie SNES game. Appears in the 2009 Collectible Card Game, mainly because his Japanese counterpart had a card for Rangerstrike.

PipeBrain

Appears in the 2009 Collectible Card Game, mainly because his Japanese counterpart had a card for Rangerstrike, but it doesn't look much like him.  

 Lipsyncher

She appeared in the MMPR: Fighting Edition SNES game. 

Skelerena

He had a small collectible figure. He appeared in the SNES MMPR The Movie video game.

 

Silverhorns

Appeared in the SNES MMPR The Movie and Fighting Edition SNES game. He had a small collectible figure. 

Mirror Maniac

Appeared in MMPR The Movie SNES game.

Appeared in the MMPR The Movie Game Gear game.

Nimrod, AC and DC

Called Scarlet Sentinel Neck, Scarlet Sentinel Ear, and Scarlet Sentinel Ring in the Sega Genesis MMPR The Movie game. 

Following monsters were not used in merchandise (that I know of): Pursehead, Terror Blossom, Four Head, Trumpet Top, Scatterbrain, Panichko head, Flamehead, Photomare, Tube Monster, Bookla, the unnamed Tomb monster, the unnamed Key monster, Needlenose, and Vase Face.
