Villain Convert: Kyuranger/Zyuohger/Power Rangers Cosmic Fury

 Since there are 10 episodes, there is not much time to develop these characters so I am going by their significance in Sentai, more than their overall significance in Power Rangers. Also, I am comparing Lord Zedd and Scrozzle to Sentai characters that are alike, but not necessarily inspired by. 

Lord Zedd/Jark Matter

Lord Zedd is not inspired by Jark Matter but fans thought they would use the suit for the final form of Lord Zedd. Jark Matter is the Kyuranger main villain. The similarity is that they both have brains exposed. Both wanted to take over the universe. Jark Matter was destroyed and Lord Zedd was handled with humanly, having to live his nightmares on a planet. Lord Zedd had a soft spot for Ollie. 

Ikargen/Inkworth

Both were very gentlemanly, Ikargen is calm and calculated. Inkworth is a butler but fights the Rangers very toughly. Inkworth seems to think of himself not in the best light. Mardakko is Ikargen; 's partner, she is absent in Power Rangers. 

Bajillia Naire/Madakko

Madakko is Ikargen's partner and she has around five to six lives in Kyuranger. Many fans think Bajillia is inspired by Madakko because they are both squid-inspired. It is likely the costume for Madakko wore off with time and wasn't usable and Hasbro wanted to create new characters. I don't know the truth. Brajillia is the mastermind behind the whole operation of CEO of Squid Ink. She is the mother of Squillia. She cares more about her looks and optics. Barjillia and Squillia are AMerican made. 

Scrozzle/Finster

Scorzzle is American Made and was introduced in Beast Morphers, he appeared sporadically in Dino Fury. He very much is like Finster, creating devices and monsters. Finster wasn't never destroyed, and neither was Scorzzle. 

Krymzo/Scorpio

Scorpio was the Orange Kyuranger's brother who became evil, they fought and in the end, he was destroyed. He had an important arc that fans loved. Unfortunately, Krymzo was only in 2 episodes and was just a dancer who was quickly dispatched. 

Kuervo/Omwhyzo

Kuervo was a hero ally of the resistance that betrayed the good side and sided with Jark Matter and merged with a villain. Omwhyzo is a general who deals with Squillia and is defeated by Tarrick. I liked the character and wish we saw him more. 

Deathworms/Scuttleworms

There were different Deathworms and Scuttleworms. Deathworms were more of pets and used as minions. Scuttleworms were inhabitants of their home planet who had babies and were disturbed by the Rangers. It is debatable. I mean, they had to footage of the zords fighting these worms and they had to have them in space, so they had to find a way to make a story. So the story they made up was they were hostile creatures. 

Jozotic/Bangray

Bangray was one of the generals from Zyuohger. Simon Bennett said that Toei gave them some suits from other shows, even if they weren't adapted into Power Rangers. I don't know if they gave them suits to choose from, or just sent whatever suits they had available. Toei had intended to clear out from their warehouses and the suits were given to Hasbro before its discarding. Joztic was a villain who helped Ollie fight the Rangers and ultimately just disappeared and wasn't seen again. I would have liked to see him more with Ollie if they had more episodes. 

Jadana/Naria

Naria was one of the generals from Zyuohger. Jadana was just a dancer who was quickly dispatched by one of the Rangers. 

Character Convert: Kyuranger/Power Rangers Cosmic Fury

SPOILERS

 Cosmic Fury was a unique season as it has only 10 episodes and adapted zord footage from Kyuranger, so not the suits. Also, it was the third season of Dino Fury, with returning characters and actors from Dino Fury, much like MMPR Seasons 2 and 3. So I am comparing them with Kyuranger characters even though they didn't use the same suits. So in some cases I am going with color or situation or events. Villains in the next post

Amelia / Lucky

I know Kyuranger fans are going to say it is not fair to compare these two because of how much love they have for Lucky. There are also people who dislike Lucky. Lucky is rash and impetious and often shouts, "Lucky." Lucky had his charms. Amelia on the other hand has prove herself as a leader, caring about her teammates and putting them and the team first. SHe did feel bad for her love Ollie turning evil but did not wallow in that melodrama. When Billy told them not to risk taking on Zedd until the toher teams recouped, she knew the risks and took the risks.  

Izzy/Hammie

This is pretty easy as both are cool, playful and sarcastic. They sure have things in common. What they don't have in common is that Hammie was training to be a Ninja Master. Izzy is a high school graduate and was about to go to college when they had to deal with Lord Zedd taking their powers and declaring war on them. Izzy's arc in Cosmic Fury is that she is afraid something will happen to her girlfriend Fern and is fetful of she being in space and getting in danger. Of course, she ultimately realizes that Fern is brave and that is what attracted her to her in the first place. 

Javi/Champ
Javi and Champ might not seem to have much in common other than their color, but they do. Champ is a robot and Javi has a robotic arm. Champ had to deal with Stinger being the one sent to kill his creator Dr. Anton while Javi had to deal with losing his arm. Javi tried using the Morphin Master staff on the altar and lightning striking and him losing his arm. He had to accustom to his new mechanical arm. The differences of course are that Javi is human and Champ is not.

Aiyon/Spada
Aiyon is Gold and SPada is yellow but I decided to compare them because they are both cooks. Also, Aiyon uses the Shark Zord which was the Kajiki Voyager for Spada. Spada began cooking at a young age and cooked for his siblings, he aspired to be the best cook. Aiyon has a cafe now and cooks for the team when they are in deep space in order to calm because his fears about Zayto. He struggles in Cosmic Fury with his concerns about Zayto and keeping his secret for a while. 

Ollie/Naga

Ollie and Naga are both good Rangers that temporarily become evil. Ollie turned evil thanks to a venom that was designed to make him evil. He took a father-son relationship with Zedd. Zedd being fond of Ollie and calling him 'child' and 'boy.' Naga came from a species of humans that have no emotion whatsoever. When he became evil, of course he had a personality but evil. They had similar arcs. Other than that, they don't have much in common. As for Garu, who was the Blue Kyuranger, they don't have much in common there. Garu was a father and missed his family. 

Zayto/Tsurugi

Zayto has no color equilavent as his color is more of a champagne/beige. Tsurugi is the Houhou Soldier that acts as a Sixth Ranger, even though he technically is a 11th Ranger. They are similar as they come later on and Tsurugi was frozen and Zayto was unconcious in a tree, healing. Technically, Zayto was frozen in the beginning of Dino Fury. Zayto is on borrowed time and is on the journey to become a Morphin Master and is using magic, if he uses too much, he might die. Ultimately he does die and become a Morphin Master. Also, Zayto is tied with the zord creators and Tsurugi was one of the scientists of the technology to go aganist the villains. 

Fern/Stinger

Both orange. Fern is Izzy's girlfriend that accidently ends up in space and saves Solon and bonds with her, becoming the first Orange Ranger in Power Rangers. Stinger, was once an assassian for Jark Matter, the villain and his brother Scorpio became a villain and he had to fight him. All they have in common is colors. Stinger is caring but stern and cold on the outside. Fern is sunny and courageous. She serves as an audience surrogate. 

Billy/Shou Ronpo

Billy is the OG Blue Ranger from MMPR. Shou Ronpo is Ryu Commander, the 'boss' and sort of mentor of the Kyuranger but he is goofy and fun-loving. Billy is a caring and concerned mentor, he is also tech support. Shou Ronpo wasn't so helpful with dilemmas but he is dependable that he will fight for his teammates. Billy didn't have to stay with the Cosmic Fury team but he did and supported them.

Mick/Raptor

Maybe I am pulling at strings here as they don't seem to have much in common or that they both piloted the pink agle. Raptor was tech support before she became a Kyuranger. Mick was more of a scout, he was going to other planets to find Zayto and help the Rangers with their mission. The differences are that Micj is a shapeshifter who rather hide that fight and Raptor did want to fight, she could also get dreamy. 

Heckyl/Ferocious Knight D

Ferocious Knight D is Deathryuger and his monster form was used for Badussa in Dino Charge. Apparently, the Deathryuger suit could not be used for Dino Charge because of rights issues. Heckyl's Dark Ranger suit in Cosmic Fury was the Deathryuger suit and KyoryuNavy helmet with the silver stripe. Apparently, Toei gave Hasbro the KyoryuNavy helmet without explanation and was not allowed to color it. Heckyl was a bad guy but eventually became good. He had two sides, Heckyl and Snide. They were split apart and his planet Sentai 6 had returned because of the changes the Dino Charge Rangers did. Heckyl became Dark Ranger in the comics and off-screen for Power Rangers the TV show. Ferocious Knight D had no human form and was destroyed. 

Character Convert: Ryusoulger/Power Ragers Dino Fury

 It's been a while, I will do the character convert now for Dino Fury and then when Cosmic Fury is over, I will do it for Cosmic Fury/Kyuranger. 

Zayto/Koh

Zayto and Koh are both Knights. The only difference is that only Zayto and Aiyon were trained to be knights while all the Ryusoulgers were trained. Also, Zayto is an alien from Rafkon. After Koh's death and promising to protect the Earth, Koh transforms into Ryusoul Red and battles against the Druidons. Zayto and Koh are also many years old. Koh is 209 while Zayto is over 65 Million years old, granted he was cryogenically frozen. Both have only one name and no surname.

Ollie/Melto

Ollie is a hotshot skeptic. He is very sure of himself and more scientific-minded, probably because of his archeologist mother. Melto is characterized by his calm, composed, and studious nature and his intellect and wisdom. They both can be too objective and considered insensitive to the feelings of others, Even then, both are still friendly people at heart. Ultimately, Ollie fell for Amelia and they became a couple. Melto had no relationship with Asuna.

Amelia/Asuna

SPOILERS

Asuna and Amelia both are kind and compassionate people with bubbly personalities. Asuna dislikes being teased by Koh for having monstrous strength. Asuna is the closest to Ui, the only other girl in the Tatsui household. Asuna often ignores small details and prefers brute strength. Amelia believes in ghosts and aliens and the unexplained because she lost her parents at a young age and was raised by her Pop Pop. Later on, it is revealed she is actually from Rafkon and related to Void Knight and Void Queen. She also develops a relationship with Ollie. 

Javi/Bamba

SPOILERS

Both are hunks. Bamba was a stoic and cold person. He and his brother were rather elitist, as they are initially considering the core Ryusoulgers as "weak" due to their methods clashing. Over time Bamba loses his straightforward view on Minosaur hosts due to his acceptance of Koh, Melto, and Asuna's views as he fights with them. He eventually trusts in them as well and will lash out in anger and revenge on those who harm them, as shown when Nada backstabbed Koh and the Beelzebub Minosaur almost grew inside Asuna. Eventually, it was revealed that much of his coldness came from the betrayal of Master Black, whose destruction of a tribal village left him with intense feelings of betrayal. He eventually reconciled with him, but their relationship remains slightly turbulent. Javi on the other hand is a struggling musician trying to prove himself to his father. He didn't have much clashes with his other teammates but he is close to his sibling like Bamba and Towa. 

Izzy/Towa
The biggest difference is Izzy is female and Towa is male. Another thing is Izzy has a girlfriend. Towa is a completely confident and competitive knight. He originally had the mindset of "the ends justify the means" and was ready to murder an innocent girl in order to prevent the Minosaur from growing. However, he soon changes his tune following the other three Ryusoulgers growing on him. He soon realized that his way of thinking was wrong, and truly understands how Koh & the other Ryusoulgers work, due to his closeness to Sanae, a young woman who looks after abandoned dogs. Izzy has always gotten along with the others, she is a competitive athlete and high school student. 

Aiyon/Canalo

Canalo is rather unpopular in most social circles due to his extreme frugality and perfectionist nature. He is also known for his slightly snobbish disposition and unfriendly manners. He wasn't allowed to join the Ryusoulger team due to a tragic event in the past, as MosaRex harbors a strong distaste for the surface dwellers and those from the Sea Ryusoul Tribe who interact with them. Despite MosaRex's hatred towards land Ryusoulgers, Canalo doesn't hate them and lost his confidence to talk to them as he viewed them as if they didn't look bad. He convinced MosaRex to help the land Ryusoulgers when they are in trouble fighting with Gachireus. Aiyon is also a fish out of the water, not used to Earth customs. He initially butts heads with Zayto when he was resurrected. He is much like a child, when Green Morphin Master told him she needed his help to defeat Lord Zedd, he thought he was 'the only one' to defeat him. He later took his taste for Earth food to open a Rafkonian cafe. 

Terrick (Void Knight) / Nada (Gaisoulg)

SPOILERS

Nada was originally a student of Master Black alongside Bamba, with the intention of becoming Ryusoul Green. However, he was passed over for the position in favor of his fellow pupil’s younger brother. He soon began going on a quest to find a place in the world. Nada takes Gaisoulg's helmet after being rejected as Ryusoul Red, Nada began looking for a way to prove everyone wrong. Wearing the armor, he eventually gained Master Green's memories. Although he became an unbeatable warrior thanks to the armor, the sheer violence of it all made him find it less fun than he had hoped. Terrick, in wanting to save his wife 

Mucus / Kleon 

Kleon is lazy, bratty, obnoxious, carefree, and sadistic, and usually lies around while Tankjoh does the actual fighting. He is also slightly naïve, something Wiserue found out the hard way. Despite this, he has a genuine heart at times. Mucus is female and similar in that she does not fight, is naive, and is more interested in planning around. She seems to be indestructible, even to the last episode of Dino Fury. 

Void Queen / Madame Noir

SPOILERS

Madame Noir was not from Ryusoulger but from the unadapted Toqger. As a mother, Madame Noir devotes herself to caring for her daughter, Gritta, and grooming her to be the Emperor's wife, insisting that it take priority, putting her at odds with Baron Nero who believes that all efforts should be focused on expanding the Shadow Line so the Emperor will come. Noir eventually realizes the consequences of her actions when Gritta was consumed by Z and tries to repair her mistakes by striking Emperor Z with Schwarz. Madame Noir was destroyed while Void Queen became Santura. Void Queen was only concerned about her revenge against humans and was created with a lot of use of Sporix. 

The other villains of Dino Fury were not interesting (Slyther, Wreckmate, Nulleye) or much to mention. 

Character Convert: Go-Busters/Power Rangers Beast Morphers

 Beast Morphers ended almost a year ago, I can't believe I forgot to do the 'character convert'-- in which I often compare Sentai characters and Power Rangers characters. The last one I did was in 2018 and I guess I will be doing the Dino Fury one next year. Also I have to mention that Go-Busters came out in 2012 in Japan while Power Rangers Beast Morphers aired from 2019 to 2020 for two seasons. It was the first Power Rangers to be based on a Sentai that was 8 years old. 

SPOILERS AHEAD IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN BOTH SHOWS

Devon Daniels / Hiromu Sakurada
Both of them have a Cheetah-themed robotic buddy that becomes a motorcycle, both had super speed, and both freeze when they see either a chicken (Go-Busters) and a dog (for Beast Morphers). Hiromu froze more often. Devon did it rarely and the reason was strange because Cheetahs are not scared of dogs. Devon was into video games and had no job, his dad wanted to be more serious. Devon ended up being the leader of the Rangers and later a commander of Grid Battleforce. Hiromu was blunt and clashed with Yoko (Yellow) and his sister didn't want him to be a Go-Buster. The major difference was that Hiromu didn't have a father being a mayor. 

Ravi Shaw / Ryuji Iwasaki

Ravi and Ryuji both have super strength, a big gorilla robot, and overheat--having to be 'cooled off.' Ravi has this more often than others because of the footage plots. Ravi is the son of Commander Shaw and secretly liked art, which he had to hide from his mom. Also, he had a secret relationship with Roxy which eventually he could have and the rule of Rangers not being in a relationship was taken down--after Zoey and Nate. Cool-headed and reasonable, Ryuji lets his teammates bicker among themselves. He sees himself as an older brother instead of a father, and gets annoyed when people around him call him a father. The major difference was that Ryuji didn't have a relationship with Escape. 

Zoey Reeves/ Yoko Usami 

Both could jump real high, had a short rabbit robot, and had to eat something--Zoey eats carrots and Yoko ate candy. Yoko is srambunctious and tends to say things without thinking. She is also not afraid to say things as she sees it and had a strong dislike for Hiromu. Zoey on the othe rhand, gets along with her teammates, and especially well with Nate, as they end up in a relationship. Zoey is ambitious and believes in causes. Her mother is a news reporter who doesn't know her identity until probably the end of the last season. Because Yoko eats candy when she weakens, fans call her diabetic. Zoey eats carrots because supposedly rabbits love carrots but in real life they don't eat a lot of carrots, its not good for their diet. They eat a variety of vegetables.

Comamnder Shaw / Takeshi Kuroki

13 years ago, he was one of Yousuke Sakurada's subordinates. He then was left in charge the three children that escaped the transport to Hyper Space. Then he commanded the Go-Busters and his prime directive is to shut Messiah down permanently. Takeshi protects the Enetron reserves to prevent Messiah from amassing power, and makes tactical decisions that place the safety of the Go-Busters and Buddy Roids only second to finding weak points and discovering ways of beating Messiah and Enter. They both do not take kindly to being questioned, nor do they take kindly to being second-guessed or confronted about their methods. Shaw wasn't even given a first name, she loves to joh when not at Grid Battleforce. She is Ravi's mother and is a bit more flexible than Kuroki. She later becomes General Shaw.

Betty Burke / Miho Nakamura
Miho is the rookie recruited as part of the three-man support group of the Go-Busters. When Usada was kidnapped, Miho dressed up as Yoko as part of a plot to fool Enter. Betty is more impulsive and outgoing than both Miho and her brother Ben, often dragging her brother into situations he'd rather avoid. She means well, but her almost not-existant common sense causes numerous accidents. Ben and Betty are related to the General Burke. Miho and Toru mostly stayed seated in the command center, while Ben and Betty were more active. They were considered part of the team.

Ben Burke / Toru Morishita

 When assisting the Go-Busters, Toru maintains a calm composure. Toru has command of a degree of stealth as he was seen to have gone past an attacking MegaZord in order to plant a tracker in the Enetron it was siphoning. Ben is the more reclusive of the two, his older sister often forcing him to do things he'd rather avoid. Toru and MIho are not related, Ben and Betty are. 

Beastbots / Buddyroids

Cruise / Cheeda Nick

Jax / Usada Lettuce

Smash / Gorisaki Banana

They were definitely sentinant robots based on animals that became cockpit steering wheels and/or armor for the Rangers. The difference is they were Go-Busters' friends since they were little, while Nate made the Beast Bots in the Power Rangers and the Rangers met them after becoming Rangers. The Buddyroids were more in the story and plots in Go-Busters while the Beast Bots were not so much. Ene-tan, the frog Buddyroid was not adapted into Power Rangers.

Nate Silva/Masato Jin

Both genusises, Nate was younger of course. Masato Jin was a well-known engineer known for having a quirky, light attitude and a penchant for preferring quirks in machines rather than aiming for perfection. As an engineer, he also worked with the Energy Management Center and was one of the people who went into Hyper Space 13 years prior. Nate was a child genius who experimented with old morphers and (Spoiler alert) created Evox from the RPM Morphers. Nate created the Morpher technology like Masato did. Masato has an odd and somewhat playful, less serious personality.  Even before joining the Go-Busters Masato was noted for his utter disregard for rules and authority, stealing a large amount of Enetron in order to keep himself in the real world. Despite being the chronologically oldest of the Go-Busters at 40, Masato insists that he is 27 (his body was in statis). Nate was more serious and rule abding. Also, Nate created his brother Steele, Masato made J but wasn't his brother. Nate had a relatonship with Zoey, unlike Masato. After Enter was finally destroyed for good, Masato's avatar went off-line. Before he was lost, he gave some parting words to the Go-Busters and J, encouraging them to escape.

Steel Silva/Beet J Stag

Both were creatred by the Gold Rangers and both are Silver Rangers. Both are a bit of egotists. J appears to have no concerns except his own, but Steel is bit more humble--compared to J. J has quirks, which Masato likes and he has a 'cool' personality. Steel has boasts he is 'half human' but it is not seen physically and supposedly has Nate's DNA--which would make him a cyborg and Nate's son, not brother but whatever. Other difference is Steel becomes human at the end and he is young and doesn't have the deep voice. He even went as far as threatening to destroy Jin's avatar, for the sake of getting the data, counter-intuitive as it may be. When Jin's data backup deactivated, J showed remorse and sadness over the loss of his creator.

Blaze / Enter

There are major similaries and major differences. If you are only aware of Beast Morphers, Blaze became a Ranger from the first episode of Beast Morphers and in season 2, Blaze was a Blade Runner-like robot that had a monster form. Enter on the other hand, was humanoid for the majority of the series, his 'ranger form'--Dark Buster only appeared in one episode and his monster form for a couple episodes at the end of Go-Busters. Enter is a member, and later the leader of, Vaglass. Both ENter and Blaze were avatars. As an Avatar, he has the ability to transcend Hyper Space and uses this ability to speak to Messiah in person via his laptop. He has a propensity for thin disguises, though his goggles can be a giveaway. After Messiah's death, Enter embarked on a mission to evolve beyond his programming into the ideal being. Blaze went to the Cyber Dimension to visit Evox and bring him to the real world. Fans believed Chip Lynn was inspired by Enter's goggles and gave Heckyl of Dino Charge googles but he denies this. Blaze, doesn't have the iconic goggles but the monster form does have similar marks. At the end of season 1, Blaze was awoken and was human again--hence Evox created the robots. Blaze later became a stunt actor.

Roxy / Escape 
While Roxy appeared since hte first episode of Beast Morphers, Escape didn't appeared into half way through Go-Busters. Her monster form was only purple and not considered a Ranger in Sentai. For Beast Morphers, Hasbro turned repainted the purple costume to dark yellow (Olive) and got rid of the name "Escape" from it. Roxy was a human that was in a romantic relationship with Ravi, while Escape didn't have that connection. Escape had a worthy opponent in Ryuji Iwasaki while he is under the influence of his weak point. Escape is overbearing and arrogant towards most people, though she loves Messiah like a father in more ways than one. Like Enter, Escape had her own perception of emotionless morality yet loves to fight. In fact, unless ordered by Messiah or finding someone who can thrill her with a fight she could barely win in, Escape rarely fights. Roxy does fight. Roxy was releeased from her statis and left Grid Battleforce and Evox made a robotic Roxy. Roxy and Ravi ended up together at the end. Escape was destroyed.

Evox / Messiah 

Both were viruses that assimilated inorganic matter and spread far and shared monster forms. Their oirgins were different. Messiah was originally a computer virus that mysteriously infected the Transport Center's computers and underwent an evolution from the Enetron in the system. However, the scientists sacrificed themselves to teleport the entire Transport Center into Hyper Space to trap Messiah. Messiah used this to absorb the scientists, save Masato Jin who evaded capture, to use their collective intellect in serving him as both his "Engineers" and as source material to create Enter and Escape. Similarly, Evox ended up in the Cyber Dimension and Scrozzle helped send the Megazord-like Gigadrones and Robotrons to Coral Bay. Messiah later got a body form called Messiah Cell near the end of the series. Evox got the body form until the end of season 1 and also took over the body of the Mayor. Evox was also a cobra-inspired form as a virus. Now here are the spoilers. If you already watched Beast Morphers, you already know that Nate created Evox with cobra DNA and the original code of Venjix from the Cell Shift Morphers (RPM). Evox was basically Venjix. Of course, there was no connection like this on Go-Busters. While Evox/Venjix was the true villain of Beast Morphers but Messiah wasn't the true villain, it was Enter. 

Chaku/Geki Jumonji

Chaku was an alien cyborg cop that had to be upgraded to have his suit. He didn't want to show himself to Starlight, his daughter. The Rangers then were able to fix him so he could go back to his daughter. Geki Jumonji joined SARD and took a mission to Mars. His space shuttle mysteriously disappeared. Geki had spent the last year training at the Galactic Union and now worked as a provisional Space Sheriff in the Gavan-Type G combat suit.  Geki convinced his Commander Qom to give him another chance and returned to Earth. Geki is deployed to Earth to pursue Rhino Doubler, a Doubler Monster of the Space Crime Organization Makuu. After encountering the Go-Busters, Geki asks for their help in tracking down Rhino Doubler.

Scrozzle was not in Go-Busters and is an original creation and no counterpart. Vargoyle is not so different from Danganloid except for his connection to Scrozzle. 

Villain Character Conversion: Power Rangers Ninja Steel / Ninninger

In Ninninger, the villains weren't all together like in Ninja Steel. Kyuemon was mostly alone with the grunts and monsters in the series.

Galvanax / Gengetsu Kibaoni

He is the big bad of both series. In Ninja Steel, Galvanax is master warrior of Galaxy Warriors and out to get the Power Stars. He is defeated in first season and does not return in the 'super' season. Gengetsu Kibaoni is the master his underlings try reviving but do not do so until midway through the series. Ariake no Kata is also his wife. They have to gather fear to revive him.

Madame Odius / Kyuemon Shingetsu Kibaoni

Madame Odius is a general but a larger scope villain in Ninja Steel. Kyuemon is the main villain in Ninninger. Kyuemon is male, Kyuemon Izayoi was a ninja who held a huge proficiency in ninjutsu. Kyuemon went astray and betrayed his teacher, ultimately falling to the dark side. Kyuemon is still easily aggravated by flighty or playful persons like his former teacher Yoshitaka and Tsugomori. Madame Odius is sneaky and kidnapped Aidan and took his memories and made the android Aidan to trick Brody. 

Ripcon / Raizo Gabi

Raizo Gabi is a crude Spearman who desires conflict so much, he does not wish to be anywhere other than the battlefield. He's also dismissive of anyone he deems lower than his station, such as Kyuemon Izayoi. Ripcon makes fun of Brody and is Galavanax's loyal servant. He is destroyed by the Power Rangers halfway through the first season. 

Cosmo Royale/Baron Nero

Unique to Power Rangers, Cosmo Royale uses a costume of a villain of a series that ha syet to be adapted. Baron Nero is an Evil Army Shadow Line general in Toqger. Baron Nero disagrees with his fellow commanders' way of doing things, caring the most about resurrecting his lord and infesting the land, believing it should take priority over keeping the Emperor's future bride putting him at odds with Madame Noir. Cosmo Royale is the host of Galaxy Warriors in Ninja Steel and changes face to emotion, he makes the monsters grow. 

Badussa/Ariake no Kata

 Ariake No Kata was the last of Kibaoni's generals to be revived by Kyuemon Izayoi in the present day. Ariake is an imperious, shrewish woman who is extremely vain, often using the fear Kyuemon Izayoi gathers as a beauty aid to wipe away her wrinkles so she will remain beautiful when Gengetsu Kibaoni returns. Badussa was a captive of Sledge and becomes Madame Odius' assistant. 

Tynamon / Masakage Tsugomori

In Ninja Steel, he is a general who works for Madame Odius and steels Levi's voice. While he seems to be playful, its a cover for his inner darkness and he is wise enough to discover that Kyuemon is just a new member of the team and threatens to kill him if he tries to plot something that is against his master's will. His first act as commander was to create a competition for ninjas to lure in the Ninninger.

Brax / Mangestu Kibaoni

Mangetsu was thought to be the firstborn of Gengetsu Kibaoni and Ariake no Kata. After coming out of his mother, he started stealing snacks from children. Mangetsu pretends to be a buffoon, stealing snacks from children and being a poor warrior and a mama's boy. Brax was a famous fighter in Ninja Steel. He arrived as a guest on the Warrior Dome and starred as a contestant in the latest season of the hit show Galaxy Warriors. As the Ultrazord destroyed him, he called out to Badonna, apologizing for his failure to defeat the Rangers, before being consumed by an explosion.

Lord Draven / Juza Yumihari

Juza Yumihari is a Samurai General in the Kibaoni Army Corps who happens to be the most powerful of the group. He has also led the group for Dinosaur's Lord movie and the Ninnin Girls Vs Boys Final Wars. Juza is tasked for searching for the "Evil Dragon" said to dwell within go to a secret hidden village that only ninjas can reach. He also has threatened the village castle. Lord Draven is the main antagonist of the special episode "Dimensions in Danger" in Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel, who wants to destroy the multiverse. In order to achieve his goal, he has to kidnap Power Rangers throughout the multiverse and has an army of Robo Rangers.

Character Conversion: Power Rangers Ninja Steel / Ninninger

The crossover teamups were Power Rangers exclusive and did not have a counterpart in the Sentai. Victor and Monty also did not have counterparts.

Brody Romero/Takaharu Igasaki

Brody and Takaharu are similar in enthusiasm. Brody was kidnapped as a child and was a slave on the Galaxy Warriors spacehsip and then returned to Earth with little adjustment. Takaharu thinks before acting and as a big brother to the others. Takaharu is the brother of White, cousin to Pink, Blue and Yellow, and son/grandson to two other red (father and grandfather) while Brody is related to Gold (brother) and only one Red (father).

 Preston Tien / Yakumo Katou

Both into magic. Preston is happy go lucky, sometimes worried and jumps before reading when it comes to magic. Takumo learned his magic from England. He is sometimes pompous, cool-tempered rich boy type. Even though Preton is revealed to be rich, he is anything but. Yakumo had a rivalry with Takaharu, his cousin.

 Sarah / Kasumi Momochi

Kasumi and Sarah are both geniuses, both with mechanics. Kasumi is the cousin of Red and White, she is unable to read between lines or take a hint and she can be really sharp-tongued. Sarah does before thinking and multi-tasks and jumps to conclusions. Sarah tried splitting up her mother and Hayley's dad from getting together and felt her mother was a meddler.

Hayley / Fuuka Igasaki

Fuuka Igasaki is Takaharu's sister, she is optimistic and hard working young girl. Hayley is a realistist and a weary girl. She is in a relationship with Calvin and feels as if he could be more attentive. Fuuka doesn't like the antics of his father and brother. Hayley initially didn't think Redbot had feelings and learned the contrary. Hayley helped Sarah split up her father and Sarah's mom when they were getting along. She was the one who broke up with Calvin, later getting back together. 

Calvin / Nagi Matsuo

Nagi is a very friendly guy who initially didn't want to be a Ninninger. He is obsessed with getting licences and certifications for different things to make good use of. Nagi is also cousins with the other four. Calvin is sweet but somewhat forgetful and loves fixing cars initially not knowing how to drive but later learns. He is in a relationship with Hayley.

Adian "Levi Weston" Romero / Kinji Takigawa

Levi was introduced as a cowboy country singer everyone loved and Brody eventually grew to liked. Fans thought at first he would be Brody's brother until Aidan was introduced. It later was revealed that Madame Odius removed his memories of being Aidan and put it in an android. Kinji was born in America and is naive, having following others' orders and quickly apologizes should he had made a mistake, even tends to leave his opponents alone if they were busy with their situations. Kinji is the only one not related to the other Ninninger. 

Mick / Yoshitaka Igasaki

Mick is a shape-shifting alien friend of Brody on board of the Galaxy Warriors ship. Mick is from the Lions Galaxy and was a slave. He serves as their mentor and often makes them realize the errors of their ways. He briefly becomes a Ranger at the first season finale. Yoshitaka trained to become a ninja and, when the time came, he defeated his father, the Former Last Ninja, in battle. As a result of his age, Yoshitaka cannot fight the Kibaoni Army Corps like he used to, and has to wait for his grandchildren to surpass him as a ninja to become the next Last Ninja. He briefly becomes an Akaninger. Mick and Yoshitaka are two completely different characters.

 Dane Romero/ Tsumuji Igasaki

Tsumuji Igasaki is Takaharu and Fuuka's father, as well as Yakumo, Nagi, and Kasumi's uncle. Tsumuji is a happy-go-lucky man who shares similar traits with his son. He is also shown to be a little wise, having Takaharu take a rest while his teammates tried to get on his level. Aidan and Brody's dad Dane made the Power Stars out of Ninja Steel from space and fought Galavanax, being trapped in the Nexus Prism for nearly 11 years. They are different in personality as Tsumuji was goofy while Dane was not.
