UPDATED 8/12/19 9PM EST
This post is for the future. If anyone thinks they see the new upcoming Sentai but are tricked by someone who uses a pic of a non-Toei non-Sentai tokusatsu, they might be using this. So if the year is 2021 or 2030, here is a guide to Tokusatsu series that are Sentai-like and might be mistaken for the new Sentai or Power Rangers.

Jushen Zhanjidui

I know I am a little late to the game but I just discovered this. Jefusion reported on this back in November.
This is a Tokusatsu from China called Jushen Zhanjidui, which means "Giant Gods Battle Attack Team" I think the series began in November and it is still going on.

There is six members but the series starts out with three members: Red, Green and Blue; the females are Blue and Yellow. Much like the Grandsezar or Goseiger, the team is split into different sub-groups.

This is them in their cockpit, which I rather like. Red, Green and Blue are part of the Ren (Man) Team, Black and Yellow part of the Sky Team and Purple is the lone wolf of the Earth Team.

The Sky team controls the Phoneix, Eagle, and Lion Holy Beasts, and can form the Sky Team Robo and the Earth Team controls the Wolf, Dragon, Tortoise, and Tiger Holy Beasts, and can from the Earth Team Robo.

Three mecha are Giant God Team Robot, Giant Land Team Robot, and the Giant Sky Team Robot.

The Ren Team controls the Gorilla, Shark, Boar, Bear, and Bull Holy Beasts, and can form the Giant Team Robo.

Not Power Rangers, Not Super Sentai

Below are various shows I have mentioned before that might have gotten confused for Power Rangers or Super Sentai from time to time.

Squadron Sport Ranger ขบวนการ สปอร์ตเรนเจอร์ (2006)
It had sixteen episodes in Thailand in 2006 and was the first original tokusatsu from Thailand in a while, but it was first to look the most like Super Sentai. Many fans have asked me to mention this series. Starhunter is an alien tribe that steals all life energy on other planets, gathering the energy through medals. One medal was split into five and when Starhunter came to Earth, the Sport Ranger were formed to fight them. Red, Yellow, Green were male and Pink and Blue were female.

Vectorman (1999) was from South Korea.

鎧甲勇士 is probably translated as Imperial Emperor Brave Knight Armor or Armor Hero Emperor, I am not completely sure about the translation.

Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan (2007 – 2008)
Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan (Zaido: The Space Sheriffs) is a Philippine series by GMA Network. It was meant to be a remake of the Metal Hero Series Uchuu Keiji Shaider.

Armor Hero Emperor: Chinese Tokusatsu Hero

Some translations thanks to Jason 嘉陞 Kuo.

鎧甲勇士 is probably translated as Imperial Emperor Brave Knight Armor or Armor Hero Emperor, I am not completely sure about the translation. It was from China in Mandrin--which is a spoken language and the writings are Simplified Chinese, which is hard even for Chinese citizens. 52 episodes were made in 2008. There was a movie and a sequel. It's hard for me to find a good translation.

Xin Nan
The red one is a flame dragon in red armor.

Dong Shan
The blue one had the Wind Hawk power, not sure if it is Hawk or Eagle.

Kun Zhong
The orange one had a tiger power. It's element is the Earth.

Xi Zhao
The silver one, I am not sure if it is a dog. I just keep getting Snow as the translation. He has the power of gold.

Bei Miao
The one with black and yellow armor, it's element is water.

Jason 嘉陞 Kuo says " the purple/gold one has the element of light and the "huge" power of the sun. It was originally used by someone called Xiang Yang (who I think has the blood of all five warriors). However, near the end, he was controlled by the enemy. After being freed, however, he didn't have enough strength to control it anymore, so its power was given to Red."

Korean Animated Series based Zyuranger

In the biggest copyright infringement ever, there is a new CGI and 2D animated series from South Korea that is literally a rip-off of Super Sentai. The robots are copies of the Zyuranger (1992) God Beasts (Shoguzyus) a.k.a. the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers' Dinozords. Yellow is a Chinese Dragon (in place of the Red Tyrannosaurus), White is a tiger (in place of the Yellow Sabertooth Tiger), Green is a dragon (In place of Blue Triceratops), Blue is a turtle (in place of the Black Mammoth) and Red is a phoenix (in place of the Pink Pterodactyl). The Dragon Caesar/Dragonzord becomes a Cockatrice-like creature. The sixth ranger is Black. The actual heroes have lame costumes, Yellow is the leader and Red is the only girl--updated 3/25/10, differences is that they use cards and they are kids. To continue the infringement, their main weapons are the Gaoranger (2001) Gao Daggers/Power Rangers Wild Force's Crystal Sabers. On top of that, the big robot is called the God Beast Megazord, a clear combination of the original Japanese name (Shoguzyu) and the American name (Megazord).
