Smart Girls, Shy Girls and More

Where do these other girls stack up? Somewhere in the middle, not really feminine or masculine, like I said, they aren't opposites.

Peggy/Momo Ranger
As the first female Ranger, she had to hold her own as the only female. She was a spy and would take different disguises. She had to use her femininity, she was feminine but not utterly girly. She was sexy.

Karen Mizuki/Heart Queen
Karen is a skilled martial artist and is proficient in a number of fighting methods. I haven't seen enough of the series, but I think she was feminine and the lone woman.

Diane Martin / Miss America I
An FBI agent who joined the Fever team to avenge her father Bosner, who was slain by Egos. She is armed with throwing knives. She does a disco dance. After she was wounded by the Dracula Monster, she returned to the United States.

Akira Momoi / Denzi Pink
A former tennis player who teaches swimming at the Athletic Club. Quit the team in the first episode rejoined at the end of episode two. She saw her coach burn to death cause of the Vader Clan first attack.

Miki Momozono/GogglePinkSuper feminine. gymnast who works as an announcer at Kourakuen Stadium.

Rei Tachibana/DynaPink
She dreams of inventing a machine in order to understand and communicate with animals. A skilled fencer, Rei dislikes fighting, but fights for the sake of protecting everyone's dream and the safety of the world.

Hikaru/Pink Five
Sweet yet strong, and a mistress of disguise. An unusually strong spirit yet with a strong motherly instinct.

Nagisa/Change Mermaid
Nagisa was previously a task force officer in the Japanese army, sometimes focuses too much on the etiquette of the others. Nagisa has a loving and caring aspect of her seen in animals and had feelings for Tsurugi.

Megumi Misaki/Blue Dolphin
A top class student at Academia. She was taught archery by her dad. She often criticizes Yusuke's strategies. A caring figure, feeling even for her enemies.

Haruna Morikawa/Pink Turbo
A student body president and brightest student in the school. She is popular, everyone looks up to her. Gifted with acting skills, she was able to fool both Violent Demons and the other Turboranger to get the medicine to save Yohei's life.

Kaori - feminine, rich

Mei/Pteraranger
She was feminine, she had be all lady-like and demure, but could kick butt when she had to.

Lin/Houhouranger
Sweet, caring, perceptive, she did bring the feminine flair.

Momo of Ohranger
I heard she was pretty popular, I know Ray--who started and used to own Rangercentral loved her.

Youko/Pink Racer

Super girly and also concerned about her weight.

Miku of Megaranger
I think she was most popular of the both, Chisato sure has her fan base but I think Miku's appeal is her cuteness, her giddiness and sometimes her selfishness. But she always made up for it.

Matsuri Tatsumi / Go Pink
A kind hearted girl, she is a strong fighter who is very agile and quick. She does not take it kindly when others weaker than her are in trouble and her temper can be pretty deadly when the Psyma Clan attack innocent people. At times Matsuri is the one that brings order in the household when her brothers (and father) get out of line.

Sae Taiga / GaoWhite
Teenager, sweet, martial arts student under her father. Everyone takes care of her.

Nanami Nono/Hurricane Blue
Nanami being the sole girl, loved shopping and singing, had to put up with being the only girl. She longed to bond with a girl.

Umeko of Dekaranger
So popular in Japan that the Japanese toy makers even made a chess piece of her in her bathtub with rubber duckies. And as for the Girls in Uniform figures, they made two--one of her in her uniform and one in a bathrobe and rubber ducky.

Houka/Magi Pink
Bubbly and sometimes scatterbrained, she was the epitome of feminine.

Natsuki of Boukenger
She was a light of sunshine in the cast, making them all smile and be fun.

Saki (Go-On Yellow)Very feminine, young but always.... smiled!

Mako (Shinken Pink)Strong but feminine, she dreamed of being a bride, yet they made fun of the fact that she wasn't a great cook.

Eri (Gosei Pink)Feminine.

Ahim (Gokai Pink)

Gokai Silver's Robot!!!

GoJyuJin, which is real close to Gouryuzin. So it is a T-Rex that becomes a robot an also a weapon.

A green Furaimaru becomes Hurricane Gokai-Oh.

Above, GoJyuJin switches limbs with GokaiOh. Below is a fourth (4th?) Red Ranger Key Set (TyrannoRanger, Hurricane Red, Battle Japan, Gosei Red, and Red Racer) and the anchor comes with four Ranger Keys: MagiShine (Solaris Knight), DekaBreak (Omega Ranger), Shurikenger (Green Samurai Ranger from Ninja Storm), and Shinken Gold (Gold Samurai). As you may already know, Dragonranger key will be available with Gokai Silver's henshin device phone.

Jun Ikeda is the rumored actor for Silver, Barizorg is still rumored to be Gokai Silver and Barizorg's human identity is rumored to be "Syd" (Shido).

Rumor is that Karou will be guest-starring for the Shinkenger episode, probably because Takeru can't make it. Not sure which episode it will be yet, I think maybe Episode 11, judging by how Episode 9 is Gaoranger and the Shinkenger Origamis are inside the Gao Lion toy. It would be great for a female Red Ranger to be referenced, even if she doesn't transform.

So thanks to these episode descriptions from the On-Air Central website, we now know that the Sixth Ranger's name is not Wesley, but now Antonio and that they are skipping adapting episodes 13-16.

Mika/Yellow Four

Mika was originally a photographer who was hesitant at first to join Bioman. She was the more hard driven female of the two. In fact, she was the first female yellow ranger.

Jun/Yellow Four

Tomboy, did fall for a man. The decision to join Bioman led to conflict with her olympic dreams at first.

Tsubasa/Change Phoenix

A Motorcyclist and tomboy originally an EDS reconnaissance officer.

Haruka/Mask Yellow

She was a tomboy high school student who wanted to be paid first.

Tsuruhime/Ninja WhiteFirst female leader. She knew how to hold four boys in a row. She wasn't super feminine, strong and expert in some areas.

Juri/Oh Yellow

She was tough and serious. Juri was not afraid of spying and pretending she allied to the enemy. Juri was much more stern and responsible than Momo.

Natsumi/Yellow Racer

She was a mechanic. In a flashback, we are shown she was always technical minded and didn't get along with boys as she was strong and fought back.

Saya/GingaPink

I hear she was tomboyish.

Yuuri of Timeranger
I don't think she is very popular now, but I know back in 2000 when Timeranger aired, many fans were crazy about Yuuri, the hurt but tough as nails leader of Timeranger.

Ranru Itsuki / Abare Yellow
A technology brain and formally trained idol. Yatsudenwani had a crush on her.

Jasmine of Dekaranger

I think Jasmine is more popular in US than Japan, I mean Umeko is more popular in Japan, but Jasmine was pretty alluring and tough that attracts fans. She is strong and is an ESPer.

Sakura (Bouken Pink)

She was real serious, almost didn't laugh or smiled. She was rich but trained by military or something and was very stern but in love with Akashi.

Ran Uzaki/Geki Yellow

She was definitely a tomboy. While many don't agree that she was the leader. But Master ShaFu did call her 'captain' of the Gekiranger. So some people think that means she was captain in charge of getting new members. But she did lead the team. The others always ask her for her approval or input.

Miu (Go-On Silver)

She was sort of a tomboy, as she was like her brother.

Moune (Gosei Yellow)She was sort of a tomboy, bubbly and sweet too.

Luka Milfy of Gokaiger

So far, Luka seems to be the front runner for the most popular heronie. Ahim is cute and sweet, but I think Luka gots us with her exotic looks and love for money. She is also tough as nails and we love how she always bugs Don.

Yoko Usami of Go-Busters

Yoko is more comfortable with the guys as she is very athletic and active.

Amy of Kyoryuger

The most girlish of the team as she was the only girl. She was considered a tomboy but she wore short shorts and skirts.

Mio of Toqger

Mio is considered sporty and manly but she's good at housework. She is popular with boys. She is very uncomfortable with the idea of romance.
