Vekar is sick and the cure is happiness which Desolar will get from his staff. At a church, a wedding party comes out. Emma says it is romantic. A monster sucks the Bride's happiness. The five Rangers morph to Megaforce. Orion then transforms. They fight Desolar. Emma says to get him. The five go to Super Mega Mode. The monster goes to maximum size with his belt, Orion can't believe it. The Rangers call the Q-Rex and Sky Ship. The Rangers call the Mystic Dragon. Desolar shrinks and flies into the Q-Rex and knocks down Orion. Q-Rex fights against Legendary Megazord.
They use the cannon. Silver tackles Desolar and he shrunk. He flies around the five and becomes human size and gets shot at by them. He goes out the back door. He is outside of the zord and goes in the center. The Rangers corner him inside the Engine room. He shrinks down and gets into Jake's suit. They hit him and Emma sprays him with a coolant. He breaks out of the megazord, ripping a hole in it. Troy tells Noah to take the lead, Noah asks for blueprints from Tensou (even though it just looks like a drywall patch job). Back at the command center, Tensou looks through blueprints and transmits them to them. Noah tells Jake and Gia to patch up the wall and he and Troy will get hydraulic pipes. Emma and Orion have to take care of the monster. Emma asks Orion if he wants to marry.
Desolar spots another wedding. Orion waits for Emma as she marches down the aisle. Cameron asks Troy if it is okay in his morpher. Gia suggests a kiss, the others laugh. Orion takes off Emma's veil. Desolar sneaks a peak. Orion picks up Emma and she asks for a kiss. He hesitates. He enters and she blasts at him and destroys his belt, controlling his height. He blasts them down. They take off their costumes and he disappears. Emma figures they can destroy the staff and give the energy back to people. Desolar finds a happy cheerleader (Emma) and she has him hold her poms-poms. Orion takes a picture. She tires taking the staff but fails, she knocks him down. Orion and Emma as EMTs try taking the staff away but he gets away in an ambulance. Orion and Emma stop them as police officers. She almost tricks him to take the staff but he knocks them down.
They spot kids at a birthday party and Desolar takes their happiness. Orion doesn't know what a kite is. Emma and Orion morph. Orion de-morphs and Emma is down. Desolar is about to slash her when she grabs it and flips around. She holds unto the staff and flips him. Desolar wonders where it is. Emma smashes the staff, letting out the happiness and it returns to people. A boy can't get his kite to fly. The others arrive, Emma says she has something to take care, she de-morphs. They all morph to Super Mega Mode with the Legendary Morphers. Vekar keeps sneezing. The Rangers fight Desolar. Meanwhile, Emma uses her winddrive card on her Gosei Morpher to make a boy's kite go up.
The Rangers transform into Dino Thunder and fight the monster. Red goes to Super Dino Mode and beats the monster. Emma arrives. Orion goes to Gold Mode and the five do Super Mega Saber Blast to destroy the villain. Gosei tells them they unlock the ability to combine the Q-Rex with the Legendary Megazord because they 'mastered' the Dino Thunder powers. Orion enters their cockpit. They call it Legendary Q-Rex Megazord and fight Desolar. Later, Orion shows pictures of Emma. Emma is told she did a good job. She brought food and a kite for Orion. Gia tells Emma she knows what to make people happy. Emma uses Wind Drive to make the kite go up.
Lots are complaining that they called Super Dino Mode the wrong name (Dino Rampage). It is funny they had all the other names right. I did like that they re-shot the Dino Thunder intro to remove AbarePink, which was a fan-made form that Gokai Pink became. Emma using the wind drive to make the kite fly was a bit lame, it would've been better if she had to do something more important like test out the zord or something. People also complained about Emma's rapid changing of clothes and having police car but I call it Sentai Logic because it is from the Sentai episode. In Gokaiger, it was mean to evoke the feeling of Abaranger but since Dino Thunder wasn't like that, it seems out of place here. Emma was just miss perfect in this episode. Basically Emma is god-like, she can do anything. She didn't get to fight in the Dino Thunder fight, just like Ahim (GokaiPink) in the Gokaiger ep.
I had a feeling this season was going to be like the first one in the sense they learned a lesson or accomplished something and got a new power but had no real connection to anything. What I'm trying to say is that we all wanted Legendary Rangers to guest star like in Gokaiger, we got only two of that and the rest is just lip-service with no connections to the original series, no homage. I'm also surprised the out-pour of confusion over Orion not wanting to kiss Emma. Naturally, people call him gay but I think that is unfair. Just because a man doesn't want to kiss a woman, doesn't mean he is gay. Well, next week Jake and Noah flip places.
