Kivara finally helps make a Female Kamen Rider

UPDATED AUGUST 30, 2009 7AM EST
A post-credits sequence at the end of All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker said that there will be a new film featuring Kamen Rider Decade would be released in December 2009 (Decade VS All Riders). The October issue of TV-Kun also makes reference to this movie, stating that "All of the mysteries [about Decade] will be answered by the movie coming out in December!!" And this magazine scan (not sure if it is from TV-Kun or not) reveals this Rider called Kamen Rider Kivaara. Kivara is the little girl Kivat that has been in Kamen Rider Decade since Episode 4. Below we can see the buckle better. The magazine also wonders if Natsumi Hikari is going to be his enemy. A promo for the movie debuted during the 31st and last television episode of Kamen Rider Decade. We won't be able to see her until December!!! I will wait for a clearer picture to rate the outfit. So, now there is five official female Kamen Rider other than the 555 and Ixa and stageshow riders:

Kamen Rider Femme (仮面ライダーファム)
Kamen Rider Larc (仮面ライダーラルク)
Kamen Rider Shuki (仮面ライダー朱鬼)
Kamen Rider Amaki (Heavenly Demon/仮面ライダー天鬼)
Kamen Rider Kivaara (仮面ライダーキバーラ)

Screen captures from the new promo aired during episode 31:

Sigh, R and L are interchangeable in Japanese. They don't have the letters. The Japanese version of the 'rrr' type of sound, the ra ri ru re ro (ら り る れ ろ) row in the phonetic hiragana alphabet, is somewhere between R and L. So it could be R or L, depending on them.
