Since I covered males in non-rubber suits and last year I covered all villainesses, by request here are villainesses in non-rubber suits and other forms. I am not counting the cats from Flashman because you can see their human faces, I'm talking about covered rubber (latex or whatever) costumes, meaning most of the time they were done by stuntmen.

Sphinx (Magiranger)
After N. Ma's defeat, Sphinx became the new ruling leader of the new Infershia, ending the war between her kind and Magitopia peacefully, and she began rebuilding the Kedomono Realm.

Ah customes. Mele was played by man aswell, when in Beastman Form.
Funny thing is that while there are men who play females, it also works the other way around in some custome.
some others: Sphinx from Magi: she's a female; and Rageku from Gekiranger as well.and I don't know if Neferula doesn't count (I'm not talking about Wolf and Kilt); and what about Armored TsueTsue?
Here's what they remind me of based on how they look:
Rije- Kamen Rider Femme.
Kazu No Shizuka- Katara (from Avatar) or Talim (from Soul Caliber)
Insarn- Breez (from Hero Factory)
