Both maybe and hopefully Terebikun, New Type the Live or some other magazine will release a picture list of all 200. I first thought they counted the Go-kaiger as well but they did say 'past 200' but it could be a bad translation.We find out that the Gokaiger are indeed counted as part of the 200. The first Gokaiger movie says there is 199 heroes, that does not include Gokai Silver, making one believe Gokai Silver is the 200th hero. 182 heroes appear in the Ranger War and they are the 182 that the 6 Gokaiger can transform into, leaving 12 Extra Heroes.

Unless the Goukaigers count toward the 200, in which case you can probably cross off AbareMax, Rio, Mele, Zuuban, and one other (Kaoru?)
I thought the Goukaiger were part of the 200 but one of the translations was the 'past 200' but it could be wrong but it does make sense they meant the 200 before.
BTW, I would count DekaGold out before Karou.

You completely forgot Demon Hunter from GoGoV and BioHunter Silver from Bioman. If you include those you don't need to include AbareMax and AkaRed.
I didn't see Bioman, did BioHunter Silver turn good?
I think it would be interesting to see if they made it seem like VRV Master was the official 6th hero of carranger as a nod to the American audience, or if they pulled something like Decade did with Kivara and added the Titanium Ranger to GoGoV.
I would love to see the return of Aka Red though
Maybe Aka Red could even be the source of their powers or stand in as a leader in a Doggy Krugger~ish capacity
Actually, thinking about it, I'd cut Gunmajin and Signalman over Rio and Mele, if only because they have a significantly different body type to the other heroes; much bigger and blockier.

No, Bio Hunter Silver never became a good guy. He was a villain the whole way through. Plus, he was just a robot.
It could be possible that the "200" might also count the warriors who got replaced.
1. 2nd Kiranger from Goranger (got killed)
2. First Miss America (left after getting injured)
3. First Battle Cossack (Got killed)
4. First Vul Eagle (left and got replaced)
5. Mika Koizumi, the first Yellow Four from Bioman (got killed in episode 10 and got replaced)
Also, there's Green Eagle in the Jetman Manga. ;)
I think X1 Mask and Female ShinkenRed don't really fit due to being so minor but if it is 200 past warriors it would make more sense to include them as they were actually used than to use DekaGold
Fantasy Leader, i thought of that too. But three of those are dead.
A very good point if ThE Yellow goukaiger would be bigOne from jakq
So's Burai, and it'd be insane not to include him.

you've forgotten Gosei Green and White Racer.
Well White Racer was like Boom in SPD, other than Girls in Uniform, I don't think Toei counts her. You are right about Gosei Green, I forgot about him.
