American-Only Power Ranger-Exclusive Non-Super Sentai Power Rangers

Titanium Ranger
As I have mentioned before, the Titanium Ranger was the first Power Ranger exclusively made for Power Rangers that had no Sentai counterpart. He appeared in Lightspeed Rescue (2000). His weapons were made by Plex, the same design company that designs the accessories of the Super Sentai, evident by a design book that showed the Titanium Land Crawler. His helmet had the 'M' symbol that the Max Shuttle had, in order to tie the two together. The Max Solarzord a.k.a. the Linerboy had no pilot in the original GoGoV. Many toys were made of the Titanium Ranger, including for McDonalds and a Super Legends figure two years ago. Titanium is not really a color, it is a metal but the Beetleborgs Metallix also used metals in their names: Chromium, Titanium and Platinum.

The Titanium Land Crawler, only available as a toy and did not appear in the show.

In the above scan from a book of Sentai designs, Plex shows off conceptual designs for the Return of Titanus and the Space Titanus toy, also the Red Mobile Armor Vehicle and the Titanium Land Crawler. The other two Megazords on the right are Time Force related.

Many fans believe the Titanium Ranger's uniform chest was inspired by Turboranger (1989), I personally don't think so. Titanium Ranger looks more like a Y on his chest.

 Phantom Ranger
A minor auxiliary character VRV Master in Carranger became a full-blown Power Ranger to fill in the 'sixth ranger' position. He had a lot of toys and a costume for kids that was released for two years. His identity was not revealed. Many fans have their theories and there was rumors. Phantom Ranger appeared in "In Space" as well. VRV Master was not included in Gokaiger and many fans think he should replace AkaRed in a Gokaiger adaptation for Power Rangers.

SPD A-Squad
They appeared in SPD (2005). Their helmets were the Megaranger/Power Rangers in Space helmets, except Black was repainted Green and they wore moto-cross armor with SPD accents. They turned out to be evil and corrupted. The Red Ranger ended up being the first female Red Ranger and the Yellow Ranger was male, making it four male Yellow Rangers in Power Ranger history in all. No toys were made.

Elephant Ranger
With Gekiranger, only three Rangers were revealed and that was fine for Bandai Japan because they have no need for multiple toys of the same Ranger that doesn't appear on the show. And Bandai America has an unspoken need to have six Rangers every season (in toys, there is only two--Fall and Spring). So Plex designed three Rangers modeled after the auxiliary zords. In toys, we got Elephant Ranger and Master Elephant Ranger. Instead of a Battlizer for Jungle Fury (2008), Bandai America gave the money to the production for the three Spirit Rangers. On the show, the Elephant Ranger was modeled after the Master form. The Elephant Zord was a teal green but this Ranger was more like a regular green.

Bat Ranger
With Gekiranger, only 3 Rangers were revealed and that was fine for Bandai Japan because they have no need for multiple toys of the same Ranger that doesn't appear on the show. And Bandai America has an unspoken need to have 6 every season. So Plex designed 3 Rangers modeled after the auxiliary zords. In toys, we got Bat Ranger and Master Bat Ranger. Instead of a Battlizer, Bandai America gave the money to the production for the three Spirit Rangers. On the show, the Bat Ranger was modeled after the Master form. The regular Bat Ranger appeared in merchandise with the Red and Blue Rangers such as clothing and birthday stuff. Bat Ranger also got a Disney Store-exclusive costume. Also, even though the Bat Zord was a blue/indigo color, the Ranger ended up being black.

Shark Ranger
With Gekiranger, only 3 Rangers were revealed and that was fine for Bandai Japan because they have no need for multiple toys of the same Ranger that doesn't appear on the show. And Bandai America has an unspoken need to have 6 Rangers every season. So Plex designed three Rangers modeled after the auxiliary zords. In toys, we got Shark Ranger and Master Shark Ranger. Instead of a Battlizer, Bandai America gave the money to the production for the three Spirit Rangers. On the show, the Shark Ranger was modeled after the Master form.

T-Rex Ranger
Triceratops Ranger
Mammoth Ranger

For RPM (2009), even though there were 7 RPM Rangers, Bandai America still decided to have more Rangers, these three based on the last three zords, to be named PaleoMax. The funny thing is that their names are much like three Zyuranger (Zyuranger being the Sentai series that the first MMPR was based on). Mammoth Ranger was the black ranger, in this case it is a dark red ranger. Triceratops Ranger was the blue ranger, here it is more like cyan. Tyrannosaurus Ranger was the Red Ranger, but T-Rex Ranger has a shorter name and silver and it doesn't get confused on Google like the others. Many fans have mentioned how the Rangers look a bit like the Shinkenger. These three did not appear on the show, but I thought they would be worth mentioning. Oh yeah, and some fans thought the Triceratops Ranger would be female because he didn't have other figures like the other two, and that mostly only happens to females but a few months later more Triceratops Ranger toys were released.

Omega Ranger (Super Legends)
For SPD, DekaBreak of Dekaranger was renamed the Omega Ranger and for the Super Legends video game, there was an Omega Ranger that was from the future and gathered together the Rangers of the past to help fight against Lord Zedd.

The first unkwown Megazord to the right reminds me of the unused Zyu3 zords.

The second lookes like a mix between the Time Force Megazord and the original.

They're both related to Time Force, which means that's likely not a Zyu3, but a concept for something Q-Rex related. Maybe his toy exclusive son, Quanzookie?

The second thing includes some Strata Cycle designs to it. Like they intended to do a series of cycles that come together into a Zord of their own.

They should have added those extra 3 to RPM, although I understand their budget was running low (unless that was just an excuse).
