Can you guess the Ranger? #5

Since it was successful in only one day, here it is again. Guess which Ranger the picture it is. Some are easy, some are not. I might have repeated a team I used before and even the same Ranger as before. Today is Wednesday and I will posting answers on Monday and who got it right.

Rules:

1. Put the letter you are guessing and your guess. If there is a picture you can't guess, don't include it. I don't want to see: 'e. I don't know' or 'e. I think its...' Only put the ones you are absolutely sure about. And don't put 'OR,' only one guess per number/picture.
   
2. You can use Sentai or Power Ranger names but they have to be accurate, it can't be 'ZyuPink' or 'Red Bioman.'
3. If you commenting as Anonymous, please put some sort of nickname at the end of your message or the Anonymous will be disregarded and won't count. This is because I have to go on more than just 'Anonymous,' there are more than one.

I apologize if I sound mean, in advance.

I am 'GekiViolet' on Rangerboard (mainly because I can't change my name right now) and I'd appreciate it if no one makes a thread on that forum about my blog. Please leave it to me to bring it up or not. I bring it this up because nintenfan3424 brought up this topic I just found this on Henshin Grid on Rangerboard and rangerspain have posted Henshin Grid Pic, and it's cool you guys like my blog and all, but I appreciate it if you leave the questions on my blog and don't make a big open thing on the Rangerboard. I apologize for sounding mean but I rather leave the advertising of my sites to myself please. Also, I like bringing things up on my own on Rangerboard and not other people doing it.

I also like to point out that other fans that read my blog leave comments and ask me about something or bring a topic up and it's all good, so please refrain from posting stuff like 'I found this on Henshin Grid' or 'Henshin Grid had this,' etc or anything of that nature. And why I am so worked up about this? Because it's kind of embarrassing, I rather leave my ramblings to myself. Because on that thread I first mention, some person already wrote that my site is inaccurate (Oh my god, can't people read that I wrote: Information on this blog is NOT 100% accurate because of human error, it is unintentional to be incorrect.). I rather keep things on my own terms on this blog.

Upcoming Samurai Episodes skip Shinkenger Episodes?

According to Power Rangers On-Air Central, these are upcoming episodes:

Sunday, April 10, Noon, 2009 - Test of the Leader
A Nighlok is sent to stop the Red Ranger from using his special power to seal Master Xandred in the Netherworld forever, but their duel is interrupted by the mysterious Deker.

Jayden leaves the Shiba house hoping to keep the other Rangers out of harms way but when a powerful Nighlok attacks, Jayden finally accepts the fact that he needs his team to fulfill his role as the leader of the Samurai Rangers

Other sources have this episodes titles as well. "Test of the Leader" seem to based on Act 11 "Mitsudomoe Strife" and "Jayden's Challenge" seems to be based on Act 12 'Historically First Super Samurai Combination'. But "Unexpected Arrival" could either be Act 14 'The Foreign Samurai' or Act 17 "Sushi Samurai."


Act 14 has Shinken Brown, Richard Brown who wants to be a samurai, which can be translated in Bulk and Spike. Fans have been anticipating this. And Act 17 introduces the Gold Ranger. "Room For One More" makes me think it is Gold Ranger related, I am thinking that 'Unexpected Arrival' is based on 17 and 'Room for One More' is based on Act 18 "Samurai Promotion." So meaning they are skipping Acts 13, 14, 15 and 16. Finally! Because there is only going to be 40 episodes and they need to start squeezing episodes if they are going to adapt the 49 episodes, 2 Kamen Rider Decade episodes (Elie Dekel of Saban Brands confirmed htey bought them so most likely will be using them) and movie.


Act 13 "Heavy Cries" has the monster putting white men in place of children, making parents think they are their kids and leave the kids crying. The boys get saddled with red ones (to weigh them down), and these red men creatures appear on the Megazord as well. I remember one American fan not liking this episode, maybe it is too strange for American standards. The monster might appear later on as my guess.


Act 15 The Imposter and the Real Deal's Arrest has a monster pretending it is Green and getting him in trouble. This would have been cool to see Mike in this situation but you never know, it could be used later on as in many past Power Ranger episodes, older episodes being used later in the season.

 

Act 16 "Kuroko Power" is about the Kuroko, well three Rangers wanting to be like them. Since there are no Kuroko in Samurai, they could just skip them and use the monster footage, which is unrelated, about a rolling rock. Most likely we will just see the monster in a group of monsters later on.

Power Rangers Samurai - Episode Review - Forest for the Trees

"Forest for the Trees"
They now have three discs and they form a bird-type BattleWing Megazord and mentor gives the Tiger to Jayden, the swordfish to Kevin and the Beetle to Mia, which makes Mike mad and makes him train more. In battle with the monster (who makes people sad and angry with his water), Mike takes the beetle disc from Mia and uses it, risking the safety of the team, leading the Mentor to take away his Samuraizer. Mike and Jii stew, thinking they are both right. But it takes Jayden to make the mentor realize he must take the first step.


So Jii picks up Mike in his motorbike at the arcade, where Bulk and Spike are training to do teamwork on a Dance video game. Mike is trained on the forest and masters to defeat the monster. Mia gives Mike the beetle zord. They pilot the Aux. zords and form the BattleWing Megazord to defeat the flying monster. This episode did deviate just a teeny bit from the Japanese episode. In that, Mike gave Jii a plant and made a fist bump instead of what Chiaki did... draw on Jii's face!!! Also the whole thing about Mia giving a beetle disk to Mike, I was upset about it in Shinkenger, a woman giving a man her power, I had rather Mako have the disc, but Mia seemed blaze about it, she said that Jii could had picked anyone that wasn't Mike, maybe she has issues and maybe they can explore those issues later on.


Review:
Mike episodes rock! I wish all the characters were as fascinating as Mike. Rumor is now that the actors were told to act like they were talking to kids, which explains the acting, but I think the writers were more interesting to developing Mike than the others. Mike gets an awesome line: "They are as miserable as Kevin." And some other great lines that made me laugh at loud. I am glad there was some development to the mentor, but its just a little chip off the block. They did show a clip of Jayden calling forth a horse, which I assume is from the first episode we have yet to see, because Jii is wearing the same costume the Japanese Jii was in the first ep of Shinkenger.
