In the 1986 season 7 episode "Reunion," a Goggle Red from Goggle Five balloon is briefly seen in the beginning of the episode. Goggle Five was the Super Sentai for 1982. This was spotted by my friend Larry.

This is probably the first time Super Sentai was seen, mentioned, or referenced in the United States, even if it was very brief.
