Tony Sano plays Albert Cho in "Kamen Rider Dragon Knight," the not-so-bright half of a brother duo. He is Kamen Rider Spear, who was called Kamen Rider Imperer in Kamen Rider Ryuki.
Tony Sano was the host and also translated for contestants on the ABC show "I Survived a Japanese Game Show"
